Rachel qualified as a solicitor in 2012 and joined BDBF in January 2015.
Rachel has extensive experience of advising both senior employees and businesses on a wide range of employment issues including unfair dismissal, discrimination and harassment, whistleblowing, TUPE and restrictive covenants. She regularly supports senior employees and businesses through redundancy, disciplinary, grievance and capability procedures and advises on agreed exits (including negotiating settlement agreements).
On the contentious side, Rachel has acted in numerous Employment Tribunal disputes including claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing. She has also been involved in defending and obtaining injunctions in the High Court.
Rachel is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, playing tennis and eating good food.
