Rolleen trained at a magic circle firm before joining BDBF as a solicitor in November 2014.
Rolleen has worked on a number of contentious matters for both employees and employers including claims involving unfair dismissal, whistleblowing, discrimination and TUPE. Rolleen regularly negotiates exit arrangements for clients with claims from unfair dismissal to bonus disputes and has experience dealing with a range of sectors including financial services, healthcare, legal, insurance and media.
On the non-contentious side, Rolleen has advised employers on redundancy, disciplinary and capability procedures and TUPE. She is experienced in helping employers put in place protective measures and regularly drafts handbooks, contracts and post-termination restrictions. Rolleen also provides in house employment law training to clients to help them avoid workplace disputes.
In her free time, Rolleen enjoys running, spending time with friends and travel.
Rolleen is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association and the Employment Lawyers Association Pro Bono Committee.
