BDBF Associate, Melvyna Mumunie, will be participating in a panel discussion for the International Association of Women on 13 October 2022. The panel, entitled “Women in the Workplace: Creating a Culture of Diversity & Inclusion” will discuss the benefits of having greater women representation, women in leadership positions and on boards, and of instituting policies that support gender diversity and inclusion.
