Blair acts for a range of senior individuals predominantly in the financial, legal and professional services sectors.
Blair regularly negotiates exits or assists her clients with internal disciplinary and grievance matters. She also advises senior employees when moving jobs and assists them in negotiating favourable contractual terms and buy-outs.
For her corporate clients, Blair provides strategic advice on internal investigations, as well as complicated conduct and performance related issues. She has also advised on and drafted a variety of policies and procedures, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
On the contentious side, she has been involved in litigating matters for both employees and employers relating to employee competition, race, sex and pregnancy and maternity discrimination and claims arising from TUPE transfers, redundancies or restructurings. Acting for both parties gives Blair the added advantage of strategising with her opponent’s next move in mind.
