Defending a high-profile CEO against multiple grievances

In a sector outside our usual focus, we successfully defended a former CEO against six grievances (backed by a trade union) and numerous appeals, alleging unfounded sex and race discrimination and harassment. None were upheld, providing a powerful vindication. Our client subsequently left on her own terms for a new CEO role at a prominent organisation, with the move widely covered in trade press.
