Negotiating exit terms for a senior management consultant

We advised a partner at a management consultancy firm who had taken a period of sick leave due to cancer and was subject to race, sex and disability discrimination following her return to work, culminating in being told that she would be dismissed for performance-related reasons. We advised our client on the submission of a detailed, formal grievance and over the period of months negotiated a significant improvement in her departure terms while keeping her in employment on full pay and benefits.
