We advised a Senior Manager and c-suite executive at a bank who had raised concerns about the inappropriate downgrading of her role which gave rise to regulatory concerns as well as a potential claim for sex discrimination and equal pay (by comparison with her male predecessor). We negotiated favourable terms of exit alongside a settlement of her potential claims.
