We supported a senior executive brought in to lead the strategy at a large investment fund during a colleague’s extended leave. Upon the colleague’s return, co-leadership led to conflicts, resulting in our client’s exit. We negotiated a comprehensive package, including retention of substantial interests in carried interest vehicles valued at over £20 million and releases from restrictive covenants, enabling continued pursuit of key investment strategies.
