Our client, who lives with disabilities under the Equality Act 2010, including complex post-traumatic stress disorder, experienced impacts on their behaviour due to these conditions. Collaborating with specialist regulatory counsel, we navigated the process effectively, highlighting the importance of accommodations and fair treatment in such sensitive cases.
