On 16 June 2026, BDBF Partner Nick Wilcox will be speaking at the 7th Annual IFSEA International Conference in London. His session, entitled “Preventing Sexual Harassment: Law, Leadership and the New Standards of Accountability” will explore how employers, executives and their advisers should respond to the new legal and regulatory requirements and the impact they will have in practice. As regulators crack down on workplace misconduct, with the FCA extending scrutiny to behaviour outside work and ERA 2025 introducing new duties and remedies, organisations face heightened risks and responsibilities around sexual harassment.
Nick will be joined by Lori L. Deem (Hughes Socol Piers Resnick & Dym, Ltd), Isabo Heirbaut (Bellaw Van Eeckhoutte, Taquet & Clesse) and Bishen Jeswant (Cyril Amarchand Mangaldas), with the session chaired by Emma Sangeelee (CM Murray LLP).
