Cerys is a partner at BDBF. She joined the firm in 2017 and was previously Head of Employment in a large international law firm.
Cerys has over 15 years of experience of providing hands-on, focused and effective support for businesses and senior executives in employment law matters. She works closely with her clients, acting as a trusted advisor on the full range of contentious and non-contentious workplace issues including major international projects and transactions and litigation as well as day to day advice on HR matters.
She has experience across a wide range of sectors, with particular expertise in technology, financial services, professional services and natural resources.
