Before joining BDBF Connie trained and qualified at a City firm, advising both employers and employees. She then worked for a charity where she specialised in discrimination claims for working parents.

Connie has worked with clients facing a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, sex discrimination, equal pay, pregnancy/maternity discrimination, whistleblowing and disability discrimination. She has experience in mediations, Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation as well as advisory work.

Most recently Connie has advised many working parents on their legal rights in relation to flexible working, helping clients towards achieving better contractual terms or a negotiated exit and favourable settlement from their employer.

Outside of work, when not running around after her two small children, Connie enjoys watching and playing cricket and singing in a choir.

Connie was admitted as a solicitor in 2018 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
