Connie works with senior employees and partners facing a wide range of issues including unfair dismissal, sex discrimination, pregnancy/maternity discrimination, whistleblowing and disability discrimination.
Connie has experience of litigation in a wide range of courts including the Employment Tribunal, the High Court, the appellate courts and the London Court of International Arbitration. This sits alongside her practice in regularly negotiating favourable pre-litigation exits for clients.
Before joining BDBF, Connie worked as a supervising solicitor at a charity where she specialised in advised working parents on their legal rights at work. She brings this specialised experience to bear in her private practice and has a particular focus on helping clients who are facing maternity and/or sex discrimination.
Connie also has a growing practice in partnership disputes, helping partners in law and professional service firms negotiate successful exits.
Outside of work, Connie enjoys spending time with her young family and singing in a choir.
Connie was admitted as a solicitor in 2018 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers’ Association.
