Margaret has experience of a wide variety of employee relations and human resources advisory work within the financial services sector. She has led on complex internal investigations as well as conduct and performance related issues. She has also advised on policies and procedures, benefit entitlements, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Having spent several years as a senior banking and finance lawyer, Margaret has extensive, cross-practice commercial experience, providing her with a unique skillset to deliver outstanding legal advice to her clients. She thrives on providing strategic and commercial advice, mindful of the impact and stress that can often accompany employment law issues.

She is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), is project management qualified at Prince2 foundation and practitioner levels and is certified at the highest level of proficiency in commercial French by the London School of Economics and Political Science.
In her spare time, Margaret enjoys playing golf and is an avid skier during the winter months.
Margaret was admitted as a solicitor in September 2010.
