Rolleen trained at a magic circle firm before becoming an associate at BDBF in November 2014.
Rolleen acts for both senior executives and employers and uses her experience of acting for both sides to her clients’ advantage.
On the employee side, Rolleen advises individuals on a variety of issues including redundancies, whistleblowing, discrimination and bonus disputes. She regularly negotiates exit arrangements for clients in difficult working environments and has a variety of litigation experience, including assisting a client in making a successful application for interim relief in the Employment Tribunal.
For employers, Rolleen regularly advises on a range of contentious and advisory matters ranging from reviewing handbooks and contracts to more contentious employee exits and defending litigation. Rolleen also provides in house employment law training to clients to help them avoid workplace disputes and protect their businesses.
