The session will explore the topic of dismissals of employees with short periods of service, including where new employees fail to meet expectations.

BDBF team participating in training course with the Employment Lawyers Association
On 24 November 2023, BDBF Partner, Polly Rodway and Senior Associate, Theo Nicou will be participating in an “Introduction to Employment Law,” a two-day residential course with the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), organised in association with PEN, the Network of Employment Law PSLs. Their session will explore the topic of dismissal, including types of dismissal, unfair dismissal claims and remedies in the Employment Tribunal.
