Adele studied for her law degree at Newcastle University, before undertaking her training contract at a City law firm. She joined BDBF on completion of her training.
During her training contract, Adele assisted with numerous cases in the Employment Tribunal, settlement negotiations and alternative dispute resolution, as well as being involved in workplace investigations. She was also involved in non-contentious work, preparing employment contracts and workplace policies. She has a keen interest in advising clients in disputes relating to discrimination, particularly sex discrimination and disability discrimination.
Adele is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of work, Adele enjoys doing HIIT and Pilates classes, exploring London’s culinary scene and spending time with friends.
Adele was admitted as a solicitor in September 2024.
