Do NDAs stop finance employees from flagging workplace discrimination

Ever since the Weinstein scandal broke in 2017, there has been concern about the use of non-disclosure agreements – known as NDAs – to silence victims of sexual harassment and assault. Legislators in the US continue to tackle the improper use of NDAs. So what’s the position here in the UK?
