Abi advises employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters.

Having advised clients on both sides of the employment relationship, she understands the competing priorities that shape workplace disputes and negotiations.

She works with senior executives on a wide range of employment law issues, including workplace grievances, performance issues, disciplinary proceedings, redundancies, post-termination restrictions and negotiated exits.

Abi has advised employers ranging from charities and start-ups to private and public companies across a variety of sectors, including financial services, technology, retail and sport. Her advice spans the full employment lifecycle, from drafting service agreements and workplace policies to advising on disciplinary and grievance processes, restructurings and dismissals.

She has also appeared before the Employment Tribunal, including claims for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and discrimination, and she has particular experience of sex and disability discrimination claims. She has also appeared before the Employment Appeal Tribunal.

Abi graduated from the University of Oxford with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2020.

Outside of work, Abi enjoys travelling, going to the theatre and watching Formula 1.

Abi was admitted as a solicitor in August 2024 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
