Charlotte Pettman

Senior Associate

Charlotte advises senior individuals across a variety of sectors, with a particular focus on financial and legal services.

Charlotte is an experienced litigator and represents individuals in high-value Employment Tribunal claims, often involving complex issues of discrimination. She has particular expertise in disability, sex and pregnancy and maternity discrimination claims.

Charlotte also supports individuals through grievance and disciplinary procedures and negotiated exits, often requiring reputation management. She regularly advises clients in respect of contractual terms, restrictive covenants and disputes over remuneration packages.

Charlotte is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and Industrial Law Society (ILS). Through her ELA membership, she has responded to various Government consultations regarding the implications of Brexit and proposed reforms to employment legislation. Most recently, she advised on the Government’s proposals to eliminate workplace harassment.

In her spare time, Charlotte enjoys spending time with her family and friends, travelling and exploring London’s best restaurants.

Charlotte was admitted as a solicitor in 2020.
