Izzy advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She regularly advises employees and employers across a range of sectors, including financial services, charities and NHS Trusts.
Her work covers a broad range of employment matters, including whistleblowing, discrimination, unfair dismissal, disciplinary and grievance issues and disability discrimination. She has particular experience in Employment Tribunal litigation and has successfully represented both employees and employers in a number of different claims.
Izzy also has experience in Employment Appeal Tribunal proceedings, having successfully defended a number of appeals.
As part of her general practice, she also frequently drafts and advises on settlement agreements and employment contracts.
Outside of work, Izzy enjoys baking and volunteers as a tutor. She is also a member of Aspiring Solicitors.
Izzy was admitted as a solicitor in March 2023.
