Leigh is ranked by the 2026 edition of Chambers and Partners as an “Associate to Watch” and advises employers and employees on all aspects of employment law across a wide range of industries and sectors including financial services, recruitment, and hospitality.

Leigh’s practice encompasses contentious and non-contentious work, and she frequently provides advice in relation to discrimination, whistleblowing, and post-termination restrictions. Leigh also provides external training and hosts events on topics such as harassment, discrimination, and recent legal developments.

Leigh enjoys getting to know her clients, understanding their objectives and working with them to secure excellent outcomes. She receives regular referrals of new work from her network of satisfied clients.

In her spare time, Leigh enjoys travelling, going to the theatre, and spending time with her family.
