Before joining BDBF in 2021, Rebecca worked at a magic circle firm for four years, where she trained and was an associate in their Employment team.
Rebecca advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. She regularly advises both employees and employers and this experience enables her to provide thorough and well-rounded advice that draws on her understanding of the needs and expectations of all parties.
Rebecca advises regularly in relation to negotiated exits, grievances, disciplinary issues, dismissals, redundancies, share schemes, incentive arrangements and regulatory issues. As part of her general practice she also frequently drafts and advises on settlement agreements and employment contracts.
Rebecca is experienced in both Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. She has particular experience in advising individual clients in relation to whistleblowing and discrimination matters, including sex discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment.
