Rebecca qualified as a solicitor in September 2019 and joined BDBF in September 2021. Previously, Rebecca worked at a magic circle firm for four years, where she trained and was an associate in their Employment team.
Rebecca advises on both contentious and non-contentious employment law matters. Her employment law experience at BDBF and her previous firm means she is well placed to give the best advice to her clients.
Rebecca has experience in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation. She also advises regularly in relation to negotiated exits, grievances, disciplinary issues and dismissals, personal injury matters, share schemes and incentive arrangements, regulatory issues, restrictive covenants and redundancies.
Rebecca has a particular interest and experience in advising individual clients in relation to whistleblowing and discrimination matters, including sex discrimination, harassment and sexual harassment. As part of her general practice she also frequently drafts employment agreements and settlement agreements for her employer clients.
Rebecca’s clients have said the following about her and the team:
“It was really great to experience people at the top of their game, your professionalism was only bettered by your kind and sincere bed side manner.
“Thank you so much for all your help. I will forever be grateful to have had you both by my side on this.”
“Thank you to both you and Gareth for all your hard work. I couldn’t have had a better team on my side!”
