He has experience working with clients across diverse sectors, including professional and financial services, technology, media and healthcare. Roshan regularly guides clients through disciplinary, grievance and performance processes, dismissals, and contractual issues including post-termination restrictions. He advises clients on employment claims and has negotiated favourable terms of settlement for many professional and senior-level employees.

Roshan also litigates in the Employment Tribunal for both claimants and respondents, including in whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.

Prior to joining BDBF, Roshan trained and practiced at a firm specialising in discrimination, human rights and public interest law. He gained experience working in business immigration and is able to draw on this when dealing with matters involving skilled workers and sponsor licence issues.

Outside of work Roshan enjoys playing squash, following football, cooking and spending time with his young family.

Roshan was admitted as a solicitor in August 2024 and is a member of the Employment Lawyers Association.
