BDBF has been shortlisted as a finalist in the Senior Executive Team of the Year category at the IEL (International Employment Lawyer) Awards 2026.

This follows our win in the same category at last year’s awards. The IEL Awards bring together leading private practice and in-house teams from around the world to recognise exceptional work in employment law. Being named a finalist reflects our team’s dedication, expertise and commitment to delivering outstanding results for clients in complex, high stakes matters.

Winners will be announced at an awards ceremony in London on 19 November 2026.
