On 24 November 2023, BDBF Partner, Polly Rodway and Senior Associate, Theo Nicou will be participating in an “Introduction to Employment Law,” a two-day residential course with the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA), organised in association with PEN, the Network of Employment Law PSLs. Their session will explore the topic of dismissal, including types of dismissal, unfair dismissal claims and remedies in the Employment Tribunal.
