On 8 November 2024, BDBF Managing Partner, Gareth Brahams and Senior Associate, Blair Wassman will be speaking at “Introduction to Employment Law,” a two-day residential course with the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA).

The session will explore the basics of dismissals including types of dismissal, wrongful and unfair dismissal claims, and dismissal processes.
